And just like that my princess turned 5. Wow where did the time go? They grow so quickly and before we know it, we are planning another party. Each year we choose a theme that accommodates to everybody’s needs, including the boys in the family. This year, our big girl wanted to have her little girly friends over for a special day so we decided to do things differently. Miss T would have two parties. Yep, one on her real birthday and a combined party with her sister, seeing they are only 11 days apart. The birthday girl chose a sleepover theme with a pamper party and I was so excited because I was right in my element and could not wait to style it.
Welcome to T-Squad Day Spa…
I’m sure by now you already know the colours that were chosen. Yes of course pink duh! I engaged The talented ladies from teepees to dreams to set up the slumber side of things with their gorgeous tents in our choice of colours and it just looked so perfect. Being a personalisation freak, I had to personalise everything in gold labels, including their cups and popcorn bags (I know what you’re all thinking haha)
Each girl was served on their own tray filled with goodies to take home. Personalised bags, play dough and bath fizz were some of the items the girls got to keep.
A pamper party is not complete without a day spa so I created a little spa that consisted of manicures, pedicures, facials and massages. At T-Squad Day Spa, the guests were spoilt with matching outfits including a personalised top, silk robe, leggings, socks and a beautiful handmade hair bow that each guest got to take home as a keepsake. Who wouldn’t want to be invited to this party right?
Not long after their arrival, the girls got their pamper on, over many laughs, giggles and a lot of relaxing. Our qualified nail technician painted the prettiest pink nails whilst our beauty therapist moisturised their face and had them relaxing with a slice of cucumber on their eyes. Upon completing their treatment, the guests enjoyed a relaxing massage before it was dinner time and a movie.
The girls finished a wonderful day with an array of delicious deserts including personalised cookies, initial cookie, cake and a selection of petite desserts that were displayed beautifully amongst a stunning balloon garland.
Needless to say there were smiles all round and everyone left feeling rejuvenated and brand new again, because lets face it, it’s so tough being 5 Ha!
